Bug Report What is happening?...

Like before the last update, OBS worked perfectly.
Now I go to use it my game captures are just black.

CSGO, League and other games, all black

so i uninstall it to go reinstall and i get this

what is happening with your program.
 
Nothing. It's your computer that's being a contrary little snot.

Overparanoid internet security software causes that error.
 
Then something else in your setup blocked the install of the game capture module.

You tried restarting the computer then reinstalling?

My computer literally ran the program fine before the update. as soon as the update happened nothing happened.
Please tell me how the update didn't impact this.
 
Because of how few people are actually complaining about the update breaking in that specific way.

Almost all of them are because of overparanoid internet security software or some program on their computer holding on to a game capture hook that releases after a system restart.
 
well if I changed nothing on my system apart from the OBS update, with no security programs.
Surely you should see it's nothing related to my system and is in fact the file installation packet.
 
I can't see that because the support lines aren't getting flooded by 90+% of people having the problem.
