Question / Help What could be the best setting for my system.

I'm testing out OBS and I can't find the right settings, so I could play and stream without losing any FPS. For example when I play CS:GO or Path of Exile and stream my fps drops from 60 to 55, 50 or maybe even 49. I was thinking that maybe i5 is not suited for streaming and I should upgrade. I don't even know... Pls help guys. And thanks. :)

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel i5-4440 3.10GHz
RAM: 8GB
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

lock your fps to 30 for the stream , its not really any benifit to them having it higher
i5 is more then strong enuf for the job i know a mate who stream comfortably on a i5 3570 which is alot weaker then yours so
also dont stream at 1080 if your trying to
