Question / Help What are the obs best settings?

Hi i want to record with obs but my videos are pixelated and if i change the settings it looks good but the recording freezes.
Can someone tell me the best settings for these specs:
Intel Core Duo e8400 3.00GHx 3.00 GHz
Ram 4GB
Nvidia GeForce GT 630 2GB

Thx dude my recording looks amazing now, its not freezing and i dont have lag
