Question / Help what are my setting for obs and can i get 720p

i have a amd a8-4500m apu with radeon(tm) hd graphics i can get 480p on youtube iam only looking to record my games ( the game = league of legends ) i play wireless at the min can some one help me with this.

i know this is not the best to use and i could upgrade but iam just using it for now till i get a computer
