I want to record CS:GO, Minecraft, Rainbow Six Siege gameplay at 1080p60fps, or if that is not possible then 1080p30fps.

My specs:
GPU - GTX 1060 6GB
CPU - Ryzen 5 2600
RAM - 16GB @ 3200Mhz

There will be a lot of disagreement with this... as..systems are so individual..but try these?

x264 settings, slow preset with high profile.

if these are too high lower the me_range. if you start dropping a handful of frames slowly increase the threads.

optional x264 settings
threads=22 b_adapt=1 direct-pred=spatial me=hex trellis=1 bframes=40 ref=1 subme=4 rc_lookahead=120 me_range=12

play with the merange setting and get it as high as possible. max 24.

you could possibly edit me=hex to me=umh if your system will handle it and preferably you would set it to me=tesa

If you are not playing fast paced games then using the NVENC encoder instead of CPU would be best on your GPU.

on video settings set it to 1080p (30 or 60) canvas and downscale both
do not use rescale on the stream page

use keyframes 1 or 2 max
