Question / Help What a re the best streaming settings for me on OBS?

I do want to try and run 60 FPS but settings with 30 FPS can work as well I guess.

Here are my computer specs:

Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit

Chipset: Intel® H97

Memory: 8GB dual-channel 1600MHz DDR3, expandable to 16GB

Processor: 4th generation Intel® Core™ i5-4460 Processor

Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce GTX 750 4GB

Storage: 1TB 7200RPM HDD drive

720@30fps 2500 bitrate is the best all around starting point.
also you left out the most important info, your upload speed, but best to run this tool for your region then post a screenshot of it:

Stream with that for 10 minutes or so then post a logfile of the results:

If you are eventually streaming set key frame interval to "2" and profile to "main". After that, I noticed the game you are recording with is only 720p. if you are doing this, just set a custom resolution in the video tab of OBS to 1280x720 (you might have to set game capture properties for OSU to stretch to fit).
with very fast preset, you could do 720@60 barely but personally, you'd be best for trying out 720@30 and raise your bitrate and buffer to 2500. your eventual viewers will thank you since:
1080@60 requires 5000 bitrate to look decent
1080@30 requires 3500 bitrate to look decent
720@60 requires 3500 bitrate to look decent
720@30 requires 2500 bitrate to look good
