Question / Help Weirdly small file size issue for local recordings. Can't figure it out.

Hi, everyone.

I'm new to OBS and am having a strange issue with these incredibly small file sizes for the .flv's. Like... literally recorded 10 minutes of 1080p at 60fps and the file was like 30 MBs. Then, when I went to playback the video to see the quality, it was the worst I'd ever seen. Basically would just jump to random frames and then stop for 10 seconds. It's as if it's not rendering the video or something like that. What's just as frustrating is that the problem somehow is carrying over to Xsplit, when I tried the same setup and had the same results, even though Xsplit had been working great beforehand: big files like you would expect, around 3 GB. I honestly couldn't find anything online about this specific issue, so I figured the forums would be the most obvious place to go. Please let me know of any possible solutions, if any. Thanks.

This log file is right after locally recording Overwatch at 1920x1080 @ 30fps. File size of .flv was 73.1 MB. Again, seems odd.
