Question / Help Weird sound coming from mic input

I get this weird sound when streaming, from my mic input device.
It's not my mic picking up sound because I have it muted. I have also unplugged it and it still made the noise.
The only way I can mute it is to mute the mic on obs.

and at 5:25 the sound goes away when I mute the mic on OBS.

It's most likely feedback or something from the port or motherboard. Either that or the wrong device is selected. Somewhat uncommon to hear this sort of thing but it does seem to happen from time to time. OBS itself just reads the data from the mic, it doesn't alter it or anything.
