Question / Help Weird screen freezing in capture monitor

When i try to capture monitor with obs, recording and also in preview the image freezes, but the mouse is being recorded propely, as well the sound, this only happens wen capturing monitor, capture window and game works fine, i dont know why this happen, please teach me how to fix it.

Sorry about my english, im still learning.
