OBS Crashed 3 times tonight and its annoying because I have 50 viewers and I lose so much when OBS resets. -.-

Frustrating.

Tried using OBS with minimize network lag and I took it off and I just kept dropping frames so I turned it back on.

New york server is terrible though. I only tried the minimize network lag off with new york, Should I try a different server?

My go-to solution for disconnection issues is to change servers.

It just seems like, I always dc at least 1-3 times a night.

How can all the professional casters do 8-12 hour casts without dcing once. I want my cast to be professional and dc'ing every cast doesn't help. I want to get to the bottom of this. I always switch from VA to NY to FL to NY and they all have problems.

Whenever I have take off minimize network, I just drop frames constantly. My internet is perfect.

I don't see what the problem is.

It has gotten better but I still dc from obs for 1 second every night. It's so frustrating because I dc for 1 second. WHY?!

Why does obs dc for 1 second, it splits up my broadcast every single time. -.-

Just really annoying.

Have you tried bypassing your router or using a different one? Lots of consumer routers are not designed for long-running connections.

Comcast provided me with a modem that is directly wired into my computer, if I use a different router, my internet won't work.

Do I have to take extreme measures and buy a new house in a location where I can buy new internet and not comcast?

Is that the only way or is there a way?

DC'd again tonight for 1 second during an 8 hour broadcast.

I'm having a comcast tech come out the 10th from 10-12am est time so I can finally get this problem solved once in for all, if comcast can't fix it, it will not be an isp issue and I'm going to come back down on obs for this issue. I'm sick and tired of dcing every single cast for 1 second, this has been going on for 70 days and no one has fixed the issue thus far...

What should my bitrate be if I use medium present at 60 fps?

I have it at 2500, should I set it to 2000 or even 1750? I assume I don't need a high bitrate if I am on medium present, I have a very good cpu.
