Recently i've been doing livestreams. Sometimes they go fine, but sometimes they DONT!

I livestream with obs and elgato game HD 60. However livestreaming with obs seems to have troubles.
In the beginning everything works just fine but after like an hour, all of a sudden my internet browser doesnt work at all anymore! (like i dont have a stable internet connection). However i'm still in the game playing the game that i'm livestreaming!

This is my connection:

Funny part is, that's only my internet browser that completely stops working. (skype/ps4 etc works fine)
First i thought it was google chrome causing the problem. I removed it and started using mozilla firefox today.
I started by livestreaming a PC game...and everything worked fine. After that i started Fifa15 for PS4 and all of a sudden after about 1hour of livestreaming, i wanted to refresh my stream to see the amount of LIKES i've received and it stopped working.

however my friend was able to see the livestream just fine. While i couldn't. Which means the stream was not down and still working!

Example how it looked like on my screen(i marked my information out due to advertisement):

As you can see on the left youtube totally messed up and on the right side video doesnt work any more + comments stopped coming in. for the other ppl the stream worked fine and had no troubles.

As soon as i stop livestreaming everything turns back to normal like nothing happend. Does any of you have any suggestions what this might be causing it?

Thanks for your time!

For a starter, these are the errors I got after running the analyzer on your log you posted.

Excessive bitrate

Your bitrate is very high. For live streaming, your viewers must also be able to download at the bitrate you specified. Setting too high of a bitrate will cause your viewers to experience lag and your stream may also drop frames if the streaming service you use does not support such high bitrates.

Dropped frames detected

1.4% of your frames were dropped due to poor network conditions. Frames are dropped when data can not be sent fast enough to the server you have selected. This is caused by trying to stream at too high of a bitrate, or by the streaming server you selected not being able to accept the data at the rate you are sending.
Try switching servers, especially if you are using twitch.tv. As a test, you could also try streaming to a different provider to check whether the problem is on your end or not.
Note that some ISPs will temporarily increase your upload speed at the start of a transfer - if you only start to drop frames after 30 - 60 seconds, your ISP is likely doing this and you will need to use a lower bitrate.
Finally, if you are using a wireless connection, keep in mind that interference from other radio sources can cause your connection to stutter and drop frames. A wired connection is strongly recommended when streaming.
See https://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8870 for more advice on how to fix dropped frames.

Elgato with no buffering

You do not have buffering enabled on your Elgato. This is known to cause audio desync. Check the "Use buffering" box in the Elgato source properties and set the amount to 0 ms.

Slow sources detected

Some of your sources are taking a very long time to start or stop when changing scenes. If you use video devices such as a webcam, capture card, etc, add them as global sources to prevent this.

1080p60 not recommended

Streaming at 60 FPS in 1080p or higher is not recommended. This will cause a large strain on your viewers ability to view the stream due to the high decoding requirements. For better results, try 720p60 or 1080p30.

Bad resolution / FPS / bitrate combination

The combination of settings you are using will likely lead to a low quality stream with artifacting and other problems. Consider either raising your bitrate or lowering your resolution / FPS (qval: 0.039)

6 issues found (5 major, 1 minor).

Try look at and correcting/working with these errors first and see if that solves any issues.
