Question / Help Weird OBS behavior.

I can't edit the post.
I can't manage to upload the video anywhere but that site.. but it's kinda low quality.
So , the issue is , the memory usage goes from 200mb to like 800mb , the fps down from 60 to 58 , and it freezes briefly.
It does that with aero on , aero off , monitor capture or game capture (even without any sources).
Im trying to do 720p60 , veryfast preset.
Anyone knows what the issue might be?

The human eye can only see 35 so it doesn't matter
please keep these opinions to yourself. matter of option about the 35fps, but I do agree that the difference between 58 and 60 is minimal.

in the video you had aero enabled and using screen capture which this happens with screen capture.

enable aero and use game capture.
or
disable aero and screen capture (which isn't recommended due to what you are seeing).

dping , no , i did not have aero enbaled.
and i agree , 58 and 60 is almost no difference , but the freezes that i get when the fps drops is annoying
this does NOT happen on windows 8.1 , only does happen on windows 7.

yup. Enable aero and use window or game capture.

Windows 8.1, you can just leave aero enabled windowed, screen or game. Windows 7 you have to disable aero only for screen cap as said previously.
