Question / Help Weird Issue with my Streaming

Long time i have been trying to stream and make it properly, the thing is, i cant know what is the problem since some people can see my streaming just well, and other people say, it keeps stuck all the time.

First lets go with my PC setup and Internet Conection:

CPU: i5 2500k @4000 MHz
RAM: 12 GB DDR3
GPU: Gigabyte AMD 6850

My internet in my city:
(Spain)


My Internet where i try to Stream:

Frankfurt:


London:


Prague:

I dont even know what can be the problem, since i can see streamings of ppl from North America without problems, but when im trying to see my own streaming it works bad for me, but fine to other ppl, so i cant really know if thats working well or not.
Im trying to Stream the game Smite.

If someone can help me to know what can be the reasson of that problem would be really nice, im able to stream anytime if u wanna check by urself what i mean.

In OBS: Help > Log Files > Upload last Log File (that tells us everything you show in your 7pics + alot more useful informations) and link us that log. If you can, make sure it includes a streaming session.

Oh and if you are streaming to twitch but not dropping frames, its probably just twitch. But lets see a log before pinpoint it further!

Idk what happened with London and Frankfurt stream log, it say that was having high ping, i even opened JTVping to check and wasnt this ping the one i have, still the same problem even the one that was working well.

I start to stream, for me it keep liks stuck buffering, and for some ppl with worse conections than mine, works fine,or even o my friend, have good net, and works bad to him.

Yeah, we have to thank twitch for that. All 3 VoDs work nicely for me, you have no dropped frames at all.
I can only say, your stream is just fine. You could setup a testaccount on hitbox.tv for example, and do some tests with them.

So how can i check by my own if my streaming is working well if i dont have many viewers at all :D? Any idea?
I mean, i try to be in the position of the viewers, i go to watch someone streaming, that works bad, i just quit it, so if i dont even know by my own if that is working well or not, is hard for me to keep the stream ON :|

If I want to check my stream settings, I use hitbox as well, although I generally stream to twitch.
As long as you have no dropped frames, etc., you are sending everything correctly to them and its on them to get it to your viewers :/
