Question / Help Weird Colour Space Issues [Blackmagic ATEM, Decklink Duo, OBS]

As you can see, I have an Xbox with correct colours and then... not (it's not the monitor). The Program Out from the ATEM is going into a Decklink Duo and this is the video capture device for OBS. Everything is set to 720p 59.94 as far as I can tell!

Anyone know what might be causing this? It's not the SDI cable or the program out ports (have tested those.)

Maybe try OBS MP is it does have some options for color space and option for partial and full color
