Question / Help Webcam works but screen is just black

just got a new gaming laptop and installed it and all, the webcam works just fine but the screen is just black and have tried follow the tutorial and all :( not really sure at all what to do im not so advance at this, and did what i did on my pc that it works total fine on
can easy take any screenshots if you need that
 
My webcam done this at first too, but unfortunately, i cant rememebr how i fixed it. I think i ended up just deleting and re-adding the scene repeatedly :P
 
hmm have tried sometimes but nothings diffrent :( really not sure if i have done anything wrong at all
