Question / Help Webcam window speratically shows up when previewing/broadcasting

I am a little bit new to streaming but I have searched forums and found fixes for just about everything that I have been having problems with, except for this. When I preview/broadcast sometimes my webcam window shows up and sometimes it doesn't. I have read problems where it won't show at all but I can't seem to find any other cases where it only comes on half the time.
