Question / Help Webcam Sync not working while streaming

I have an Elgato capture card that has a 1200-2400 ms delay depending on what it feels like. I can sync everything up fine in preview stream, and the buffer/delay I set on the webcam holds up fine, but once I actually hit start Stream the webcam holds the delay for about a second before going live, then the audio/gamecapture is off sync.

I have a Logitech C920 pro

I think it's weird that the delay works fine in preview, even worked for an hour, but when I'm actually streaming it only lasts for a couple seconds.

I've noticed this happening with my C910 on occasion, it seems random. Usually restarting my stream helps. Do you have a delay for your webcam too? I need to set about ~1300ms delay for my webcam to get it to sync up to my Elgato's ~1440ms delay.

Yeah I have to do a 1200-2400ms buffer to sync up with the Elgato Capture, again the only problem is that the webcam buffer doesn't stay while streaming (only in preview). It used to not happen to me when I first got the card but has been doing it 100% of the time for awhile now.

Tried using Xsplit broadcaster and the same thing happens...not sure what is wrong with my webcam, theirs is even labeled as a "delay" not a "buffer" so I had hopes it might work.
