Question / Help Webcam starts lagging behind game capture and audio

As the thread title states I am having issues currently with my webcam when using OBS. Everything is compensated properly when I set up OBS and for a while everything stays fine. My setup currently uses elgato which needs to be refreshed about every 2~3 rounds of the arcade game I play to stay synched. The webcam seems to need this also, however whenever I do attempt to refresh OBS tries to swap elgato and the webcam and messes up the stream layout and it becomes a huge mess.

The best example that I have uploaded is this one. As you can see it start fine. The webcam is a bit early but that was my fault for not changing the delay back to what it needed to be.

Then boom, over 3 hours go by and this is how bad it gets delayed...

It is off by almost two measures on some songs! Yikes! Does anyone have any tips or have any suggestions on how I should try to fix this problem? Also is there a easy way to refresh the microphone as well without stopping the stream? I don't think this was an issue in my last stream but in my previous one it seems like the mic got slightly delayed and should have been refreshed.

Sorry about the lengthy delay with getting the logs for you. Have had my plate full up until I streamed again. Anyways here are three logs I took from today. The third log I believe is from when I just streamed for 4 hours and with the same issues.

How are you capturing it? or rather what do you have plugged in to the elgato, HDMI?

Hdmi is plugged into elgato. VGA->HDMI adapter is being used and it outputs at 1080p because 720p gets cut off for some reason.
