Question / Help Webcam shows on preview but not when I stream on twitch

When I do a preview of the stream the webcam powers on and shows up but when I go to stream my broadcast the webcam doesn't powerup and doesn't show.

How long after stopping the preview are you waiting before starting the stream?

Ok so I guess I have to wait 2 mins before streaming. What a simpleton I am.
