Question / Help Webcam question

So I've been webcam shopping, one thing that concerned me is that one webcam said that it can video recordings at 1080, and video streaming at 720p. What do OBS could as? Can anyone in Canada comment on what the best to get. I've been searching CC for a while and I couldn't find something I like in the ~60 price range.

Webcams that run at 1080p often have issues with USB saturation and don't perform well at that resolution. It's recommended to run the webcam at 720p or lower.
