Question / Help Webcam Positioning

I'm wondering if it's possible to move the webcam around and have it not attached to the edge. I want to start making youtube videos with this - so I'd like to have a border surrounding my webcam but any changes I make only affect it's location and not whether or not if it's attached to an edge.

Holt Ctrl while dragging the source to prevent it from snapping to the edges of your scene.

dragging the source? I'm only allowed to move it via options right? If I click on the webcam in preview and try to drag it nothing happens :/.

Start a preview and click the Edit Scene button first.
