Question / Help Webcam Off Sync and No Audio from Elgato

I have two issues.
1. The webcam starts in sync with the audio but around the end it is completely off.
2. No audio from the Elgato is going to the stream.
Here is my past broadcast: http://www.twitch.tv/tbestiacgames/b/571539717
And here is my log: https://gist.github.com/176bd16166d9a44a8f0c
Please help. I've been using OBS and trying to stream for about a month through my Elgato, and it's sad to say that I've had nothing but problems. I have everything set like it should but there is always some issue.

19:16:07: audio device: Elgato Game Capture HD,
19:16:07: audio device id {39F50F4C-99E1-464a-B6F9-D605B4FB5918},
19:16:07: audio time offset -1450,

Two important things that may be causing audio to fail:
1.) You modified the actual audio device. Set that back to "(Use device audio)".
2.) You modified the audio sync offset. You should never do that. Change that back to 0.

I'm not entirely sure if it's completely possible to ever guarantee sync of things like webcam/mics with delayed USB 2.0 devices 100% of the time. USB 2.0 video capture devices will always have delay. It's somewhat more unfortunate because you're on a desktop PC, no doubt with PCI-E ports available.

I did change it back to (Use Device Audio) in the middle of the stream to try that. I also can't really change the audio sync offset back to 0 because then the audio would be delayed to the video.

Ah. I see. You're using the global audio trick to sync your skype and stuff to the elgato. Increase your "scene buffering time" in advanced to about 2000 then.

Ok. I will change the scene buffering time to 2000 and hopefully that will help the webcam delay. Any tips on getting audio from the console? I uninstalled and reinstalled OBS and the Elgato software.

The 2000 scene buffering time was actually meant to hopefully solve the audio issue. The audio issue is probably due to configuration in the console. If you are using headphones on your console directly or something then the audio will probably not output to HDMI. You probably just need to configure the console to make sure it outputs audio to HDMI. Otherwise I just do not know.

Ahhhh ok. I do have it set to my headphones. They are plugged directly into the TV. Well that's interesting. Hmmmm.
