Question / Help webcam not working on OBS

I have a logitech c270 that works with everything else like Skype but when I tried to use it with the video capture device on OBS, it wouldn't work. What could be the problem.

Download and install the latest C270 drivers from Logitech at http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/hd-webcam-c270 then reboot and try again (delete the old source first if it's still there, then add a new one).
