Question / Help WebCam not showing video

I am trying to switch from AFLME to OBS but am running into a problem. I cannot get my HuddleCam USB 3.0 webcam to work. OBS allows me to select the Video Device but does not display an image in either window of OBS. I have tried running as admin, installing as admin, unplugging the cam with OBS running and starting and stopping the cam...nothing works. Maybe the log file can show some insight.
Windows 10, quad core AMD, AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics...
Help please.

Do I need to manually install these? I can stream OK but no video...

AMD Advanced Media Framework Encoder Plugin for OBS Studio 2.1.6

CoreAudio AAC encoder is preferred, but it's not included by default because it's a proprietary Apple codec.
