Question / Help webcam issue

Hello people im new to obs and i can't set up the webcam. I have a logitech c270 with latest version installed. Im running windows 10 home x64 and latest obs as well. While the cam works in every other program like skype , Facebook calls and windows camera , it doesn't want to work in obs, although the mic works there. Can you guys give me any advice?
PS: the light of the cam isnt even going on , yes ive allowed apps to use my camera under privacy settings but obs isnt there.

Can you show us exactly how your screen is set up?

Preferably by screenshot, Gyazo is an amazing live-screenshotting free service which you can use.

Primarily, I cannot help you with anything {nor I believe no one} without actually seeing how you've set it up, sadly.

WHOA. SCREEN-CEPTION!!

Mhm, this might be a fix. It might not work but try it anyway.

Right click "webcam", go to order and hit "move to bottom".
