Question / Help Webcam glitching

Thanks for reading, lol. Basically, whenever I use my webcam with OBS, The webcam image glitches. It won't show the entire image, will just show a part or it then fill the rest. It does this on and off every 60ish seconds.

you have your webcam set to buffer 12,000,000ms of video.

Also since your source of your elgato is only 720@60, it could be best to set a custom base resolution to 720@60 then your cam at 720@30. images dont upscale as well as they downscale,

other thoughts:

most programs need some sort of key frame set, with that NVENC preset you are using, you are sending no key frames which will bring compatibility issues with some software and sometimes even uploads to youtube.
solution: use a preset with some sort of key frames (aka keyint aka IDR).
