Question / Help Webcam freezing OBS program when preview/stream/record is started

Hey guys new to the forum and obs hopefully I wont take up to much of your time. I noticed that when I start preview, etc. everything works fine and super fast until I add my Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910. When I do this it takes about 30-45 seconds for the OBS program to catch up. I decided to erase everything and just keep the webcam on to be sure it wasn't conflicting with anything. In the meantime it shows the program as not responding. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all you guys do!

Hey guys just wanted to let you know I ended up getting it to stop freezing while using the webcam. If I changed my main settings FPS from 60 to 30 my webcam came up right away and had no issues. I then decided to set it back to 60 and went into my video capture device being my webcam and setup a custom resolution. As long as my FPS was at 30 it didn't matter what resolution I set it at. Hopefully this helps guys!!
