Question / Help Webcam freezes only on OBS

So I search the forums for possible answers however I cant seem to find anything for this exact situation.

I tried lowering settings to the barest minimum possible, even went into the webcam settings themselves.

So here is the exact problem with my OBS
Video Capture device (for webcam) will freeze after a random period of time. Sometimes 30 seconds, sometimes 10 minutes. The webcam has never frozen on skype (past random skype lag) and will always come back up, were as on OBS it freezes and stays frozen. Now I could go on skype and just do it all there but that requires me to be in a call with someone else which I can't always do when streaming since I tend to be a solo streamer and some friends have poor mic quality.

So not sure how to exactly fix this problem, it seems to be just an OBS problem with my webcam.

Scene buffering time miliseconds is set to 700.

I have multithreaded optimizations on and process priority class set to normal. If that helps.

Also it's not my computer, my powersupply on my computer broke so I am using my other computer for the time being, just switched over my GFX and hard drive. It still happens. I thought for a while maybe it was because I had to much stuff running so the webcam would be the first thing OBS would freeze up if that happened (not sure if thats true or not. However I tried it on my backup computer (basically the same power, I think the only significant difference is the powersupply. My main had a 750 where as this one has 650. Anyways it freezes up even if it's the only thing running.

I also use Windows 8... I know i know....
