20:55:59.648: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 2749/2823 (97.4%)

1. Remove Display Capture and use Game OR Window Capture to capture your game. Display, Game and Window Capture should never be in the same scene.
2. Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes (29.6%) and encode frames (97.4%) fast enough. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable Vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit (60 or 30) that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. You should also change the Video Common FPS value from 60 to 30.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use. Find the settings for your game where they were run at 150% of your target FPS and then cap the game at the target FPS.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it: GPU Overload Issues.
3. Be aware that OBS is running on an Intel iGPU. This hardware is generally not powerful enough to be used for both gaming and running obs. Situations where only sources from e.g. cameras and capture cards are used might work.

Post a a link to a new log if still having issues.
