watching my brothers stream keeps buffering over same network but for others it dont ?
anyone can tell me why/how or what to do plz or even a lil info on this plz

Problem from twitch and provider. Not much you could do. Just lower bitrate to reduce the buffer for you. Or go to your brother and watch him live :D

but also note that if your viewers are not buffering, you dont really need to change anything unless you are using anything above 2500 bitrate. if so, reduce bitrate s the key.
