Question / Help Watching lag.

Hello, my name is Peter and I'm a new streamer/recorder.
I am having some problems because, when I record (league of legends), it's perfectly good, at 30 fps, and usually do not go past from that, and I can record easily.
The thing is that, when I watch my video, it stops for a while, and then it plays again, like if my stream went offline and on, constantly.
The game runs fine. The difference is that it just stops and plays constantly watching the video
Help me please!

Is this while streaming, or a video after you streamed?

Well, I don't usually save streaming videos, but when recording, I watch some lag. It's watching the video, after I made the record, so there's no stream on that.
