Question / Help Warning: Taking too long Wheres my Problem?

Where am I having problems at Im getting the Warning: Taking too long to encoding Skipping frames

Upload and Download:
Download :: 27.2 Mbps 3.4 MB/s up arrow Upload :: 7.5 Mbps 941 kB/s

My Settings:
Bitrate 2125 buffer 2150 What should these be for me?
Resolution is 480p Can I go higher?
Keyframe is set to 2
CPU Preset is Very High because I get 6GB

I stream to Twitch

I have a Windows 7
I5 Processor
And everything else is on site

What kind content are you streaming? If it's a game, what game?

Remove your custom x264 settings.

Less than a third of a percentage point is having issues with taking too long to encode, I'd say you probably don't need to worry about it

Don't use a custom buffer size. For 480p, 2000kbps is more than enough.
