Question / Help WARNING: Taking too long to encode. Skipping Frame!(big CPU)

I'm also having the problem with that message i continue to drop down the settings but nothing seems to be working i have an asus with 2.16 ghz, 4gb ram, and intelHD graphics i never had this problem with a laptop that only ran a 1.6ghz the same features and everything please help

i forgot to add my old pc that had the all the same features ran every game i played at around 2200 max bitrate with no problems and the ghz were@1.6

Hmm, your new system is very limited. Did the old one maybe have an extra graphics chip from nvidia or something?
I would think that BioShock already uses your integrated graphics chip to its limit and thus OBS has a hard time grabbing the images of it to produce a Video. The CPU is also a bottleneck :/
Maybe you can lower the graphic settings of BioShock to free up some ressources for streaming?

i did try that and no it didnt it had the same kind of graphics but never had i had the trouble in where it said warning taking too long to encode

i can play dishonored fine the only time it says warning is when its on the loading screen from one part to another

i guess the games just takes too much to play i guess
