Question / Help Warning skipping frames W/log

I've been using OBS for quite sometime and this problem has been happening from about 2 weeks now. During those 2 weeks sometimes it happens and sometimes doesnt, when it does i notice that my cpu is at 99-100% usage also the game becomes unplayable almost 1-5 fps in game then when i close out obs after a minute or 2 the game goes back to normal. what could be the problem could it be my cpu, internet, or graphics card. thanks in advance for the help.

Hmm, almost sounds like something is overheating and your hardware downclocks itself. Use some sort of CPU and GPU temp monitor and make sure things aren't getting too hot.

After playing dayz tonight for about an hour didnt get the warning once and monitored my cpu temps never went over 59c, any other suggestions could it just be the cpu not able to keep up sometimes?
 
I'm not sure, what you described did sound exactly like overheating/downclocking. Just continue to keep an eye on things, I guess.
