Question / Help WARNING: High Encoding!

Hello, I keep getting the same warning message.
my main aim is to record in either 720p 30FPS (or 60FPS if manageable) - I don't have any intentions on streaming, just purely recording.

My Specs:
OS: 8.1
CPU: Intel Core i5
RAM: 16GB DDR3
GPU: GeForce GTX 650 (1GB)

I've tried so many settings from YouTube and other forums but I keep getting the same warning,
any help is appreciated.
I have provided a log file from my most recent attempt.

Settings are too high. You try 1080p 30FPS with the "faster" preset. Reduce the resolution or select a faster preset (something like veryfast), you CPU is limiting here.

Could you look at my current profile. and see what needs changing?
It would be appreciated.

Well it looks fine so far. I cant do anything, you have to check your CPU load while streaming/recording. Depends on the game, your background software and so on... Also i can imagine how much OBS will use on your rig, but its more a guess than a fact. Specially games like BF4 etc will eat your CPU alive if you also try to stream with a pretty slow preset.

Preset's speed is still at "faster" which eats more cpu than the veryfast and superfast ones.
