I was at 3000 Max bitrate and buffer size, and then went down to 1400 to only see that I had the same problem, can anyone help please! need to start streaming asap for my team :\\

Processor: Amd FX (tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor 3.60 ghz
Installed memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating system
Samsung SSD 840 PRO Series ATA
