Question / Help Warning High Encoding Message. With good Cpu ?? (HELPPPPP!!!)

I keep getting this Warning Message (High encoding)

Graphics card is a Gtx680

I use this pc for Streaming ONLY.

And im sure that the Cpu can handle the load that i send.

I know , I know , I know they say use 3500 max Bitrate. But thats not True and when i do it still does it .

Please post your logs as well as your specs so we can analyze what the issue is. Also, if you want anyone to watch your stream ever, try and stay below 3k.
