Question / Help Warning: High Encoding - I Have No Idea What I'm Doing

I'm not trying to set OBS up to record videos. Every time I try to record a video it says "Warning: High Encoding". I've watched at least an hour of tutorials on how to fix it and read almost every forum post about the subject. I've lowered all the settings I can but nothing has helped. I just want my videos to not look like trash,720p is all I'm asking for.

I don't know how to upload a log file either.
