Question / Help Warning: High Encoding CPU Usage !PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I just downloaded OBS and I want to record games such as Minecraft and CS:GO, and I want my recordings to at least be in 720p and 1080p would be better. I have an Alienware X51 R2 computer and I am trying to figure out the settings that I should use for recording. I have watched multiple videos about good settings but when I try them I get a message is red saying "WARNING: High Encoding CPU Usage! Consider turning down your settings." ( http://prntscr.com/8r9pe3 ) I have saw previous forum post like this before but none seem to help!
If someone could please help that would be very much appreciated!

Thanks for the help! It helped me fix my problem but the quality isn't really good.
If anyone else could please help please to tell me what settings I should use or if anyone knows any free video editors that I could use to make my videos 1080p!
