Question / Help Warning: High Cpu Usage . Red message

Hi I'm using Obs to streaming on twitch. I streaming at 1080p 38fps. Today, after 1 month + of streaming, I saw this message. I leave the session log down here.

Can someone help understand what's the problem?

Probably set your fps down to 30fps. Look, if you stream, that no other stream is running in background. Stop your preview in your dashboard in twitch. Try to lower some settings ingame
