Question / Help WARNING...ENCONDING HIGH

Hello, i have this PC :
Processor : AMD A10-5745M APU WITH RADEON (tm) HD GRAPHICS 4CPUs 2.1GHz
VIDEO : AMD RADEON TM HD 8610G (5604)MB
Memory : 8192MB RAM.

And, when i try to make livestream or when i try to recroding this appear on left down corner : WARNING : HIGH ENCODING

I dont know why...? I search on youtube SETTING OBS FOR BAD PC, and i make the setting, but again this appear, and i can beacuse i have lagg on obs...
Help?

Ok thanks, and i have one more question.
I can make livestream with minecraft, with this laptop? Without lagg, in 50-80fps?
