Question / Help Want to use OBS, but can't

I want to use OBS over Xsplit so bad, but I can't. Every stream with OBS causes our mics and webcams to have a delay and I can't fix it. On Xsplit this never happens.

Any ideas on why only OBS has issues with the webcam and mic sync?

Post a log file from the Help menu. Also a description of your setup, like if you're using a mixing board to balance individual mic levels, and if that's coming in over a line-in from the master outs, or via USB interface of some type.
May also want to hold off on same-day bumping your thread; only was a few hours after all, and people are usually doing other stuff during the day. :)
