Question / Help want to stream smooth

im a new streamer but i have problems with my stream! my stream is freezing alot on twitch
and i have no clue what to do! tryed everything
on OBS is not lagging

my pc info:
Acer Predator g3620 gamer pc
Intel(r) Core(TM) i5-3350p CPU @ 3.10 GHz
64 bit x64 proc
Windows 8

a new pc actually 2013 model

internet info:
48 mbps download
10 mbps upload

Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 645

It's not about whatever speed you get from your ISP, it's whatever speed you can maintain from the Twitch server.

What I imagine is happening, is because you are a non partnered streamer with very low viewer count, your stream is ONLY being delivered from San Francisco. I'm in the US, and closer, so that's probably why I'm not seeing any lag.

One of the things Twitch has said the new HLS system allows them to do will be able to serve streams in your situation from servers "closer to home" to the viewers. Until then, there's not really a lot you can do.

im using Amsterdam server
but u actually saying u dont see any lag at all?

and the stream will lag for people who live example in denmark like me?

try Watch my stream for like 1 min and u will probaly see its gonna load like 2-3 times?
event people from my guild from all our the planet from England to bulgarian to sweden says its loading/freeze alot

and when i Watch others stream im not lagging at all either

I watched for several minutes. Your stream was completely fine for me, but again I'm in the US.

Anyway, the only solution is still to lower bitrate, there's not really anything else you can do.

how can i be partnered streamer with the thing?

You get partnered when you meet certain viewership requirements from Twitch.

Keep your bitrate and buffer the same, but you just have to keep lowering it until the problem stops.
