Hello everyone. I wanna record my highlights from twitch with OBS. Can anyone give me the best settings for 1080p - 60FPS?

UP one more time! Is it really hard to give some settings and don't be like google it. Everybody has got different settings with older versions etc. So I'm asking it here. If you guys can help me that would be awesome.
