Question / Help Voicemeeter not outputting to OBS

Hi,
im very new to OBS and Voicemeeter. I found this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9_H4A_sHk0

Ive installed Voicemeeter and also VBcable. Ive set output from my musik to VBcable and can see it in Voicemeeter. When i set my Mic in OBS to "Voicemeeter Output" and start preview of my screen the bars are not moving. Im searching for the error since 6 hours but i cant find it.

Ive attached the screenshots of my Voicemeeter, Soundsettings, and also from OBS. Hopefully someone can help me. I just want to stream and exclude Teamspeak and include Spotify.

No1 an idea ? I got it working that at OBV the speaker bar is moving but just when im playing lokal music with VLC when i use Fidelify (Spotify mod to change output device) the bars arent moving :(

Okay its working now. The problem was that i had "Push-to-talk" activated...
