Question / Help Voice very quiet in OBS!

Hi Guys.
I have following Problem.
Everytime when i stream my voice is very quiet. My Teammates are hear me normal over skype.
But my viewer say my voice is very quiet.
I try something to fix that... new drivers... windows settings ... and when i activate the microphone boost my voice scrapes.

I'm not swearing to this, but it worked for me. I've been using a studio-quality mic from my radio production days. But the gain was way too low on Skype, Teamspeak & video recordings. Surprisingly enough, adjusting its settings using Audacity open source recording software solved the problem.
