Question / Help Voice audio echos at same time in different videos

I utilize OBS to both stream to Twitch and to record Youtube videos. I have made many recordings of both my streams and just play throughs of games without any issues. Recently, I noticed that OBS is causing only my voice to echo for exactly 6 minutes. It always starts at 06:12 minutes in and ends at 12:12 minutes. This audio bug does not happen while streaming and it happens with different games. As it took quite some time to get my OBS completely setup, I have yet to reinstall the software to see if that corrects the issue. Any ideas?

I would post a logfile and maybe a sample video of the issue.
