don't use virtu mvp. It fucks things up. You are trying to get quicksync working, right? There are other ways to do it.

Here is one easy way without virtu mvp (tutorial for Mirillis Action but this is just tutorial to enable quicksync easily for any use): http://mirillis.com/en/products/tutoria ... ktops.html

Unfortunately, I must advise people not to use this with OBS. It primarily causes major capture issues, and has been known to cause other problems such as the one you're experiencing.
