I'm not sure if its an issue on my end, or twitch is just a piece of crap and is throttling people, but when i stream people say it buffers alot. my download/upload is 60mbps/10mpbs and i can stream in 1080p cause my computer can handle it. My OBS says 0 dropped frames, and keeps in the green and holds at 3k bitrate. I even tried lowering it to 2500 and 2300 and the same problem still happens apparently. I never had these issues till lately, i tried switching the server i stream to but eventually they all do the same thing. this is crap to have this problem, does anyone have ideas?

I've attached one of the logs from a stream that people claim was "unwatchable". Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

It seems to be transmitting and working fine, yea, though I'd probably ask the viewers to clarify exactly what they meant. If their stream is buffering, then probably not an issue on your end (or maybe they just have horrible internet connections).

However, if they find the stream to be stuttery or something, then it's probably just the fact that you're streaming 1080p. 1080p can be a bit hefty because flash is horrible at decoding. Perhaps try 1.5 or 1.25 downscale to see if it helps at all.

I definitely don't recommend using monitor capture on windows 7 unless it's absolutely 100% necessarily. It's better to have aero enabled and use window capture for whatever window you need to capture. For windows 7, for games, always use game capture if supported.

(Note that these probably don't have anything to do with the issue you're reporting, just helpful advice)
