Question / Help Viewer game invite tool

Hi,
this is not a directly OBS related Question.
But I already asked nearly everywhere (like nightdev for example).

Basically I search for something like that:

When I stream and I want to do viewer games, it's kinda hard to pick viewer randomly.
If there was a tool like:

!lol PlayerName

And you pick 4 up to 9 People (compared on the game mode you want to play) people out of the list, which typed !lol PlayerName
So you get 4 people with their player names instantly.
If you use a normal "raffle" tool, this is kinda bad.
Because you have to draw a winner, ask them for the in-game-name. Add them.
Re-Roll, ask the next winner. And so on. This takes up to 10 min sometimes.
So I just asked a math, like 2 + 2 x 2 + 2 = X
Question, and the first 4 persons are taken. But still they have to give me their "player-names".
And if many people in chat write a ton of stuff. It's really hard to pick people.

Perhaps someone knows a tool like that?
Perhaps someone have a IRC bot with a feature like that?

Thanks for your help.

Not really random, but Ankhbot has a 'queue' feature that lets you add information (like in-game names). also lets you limit entries, so you don't have a huge, never-ending list. I was using it for my XCOM soldiers, but it's really meant to let people manage a player list.

If you wanted random, you could probably just use a random number generator to determine which 'slots' in the queue get in for the round. Roll a number between 0-19 if you limited it to 20 queue slots, for example, then delete them off the queue as they get in. Could close entries to make sure everyone got in over a given cast duration, or re-open to keep a static pool size while letting people re-enter.

Thank you FerretBomb.
But that's not much easier than the normal invite thing, just different.

Right now I'm thinking about a simple PHP-Script on my Website.
So my viewers (chat) have to go there, enter their PlayerName, and send it to my script.
And only I (with the rights) can random pick people out of it...
But that's again not the perfect solution, because they have to go to an external (my) website.
Not directly in the twitch-chat :-\
So it must be an IRC-Bot thing which handles it.
But I never made an IRC-Bot, so I would need to read about it.
And that's not possible at the moment, because extremly busy :-\

But thanks again for your answer :)
